Who we are
DeeperLogiq builds custom software, CRM and automation for businesses. Our office is at 5th Floor, Tower 2, HiLITE Business Park, Poovangal, Pantheeramkavu, Kozhikode, Kerala 673014, India, and we work with clients in the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and India.

What we collect
We collect the information you type into an enquiry form on this site. That is your name, your work email address, your company name, your website address if you give one, and whatever you write in the message field.
Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser information, as part of running and securing the site.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics tracking or profiling cookies on this website.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We use enquiry information for one purpose, which is to reply to you and to discuss the work you have asked about. Where UK or EU data protection law applies, our lawful basis is legitimate interest, specifically responding to a business enquiry that you chose to send us.
We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry, and we do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are saved in the database of this website, which is hosted by Hostinger. A notification is also emailed to us, and an acknowledgement is emailed to you, using the email service connected to our domain.
Because our team is in India and many of our clients are in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, your information may be accessed from India. We apply the same protections wherever it is handled.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them for the conversation they relate to and for our own business records. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will remove it.
Third party services on this site
The contact page includes an embedded Google map. When it loads, Google may receive information about your visit under its own privacy terms. No other third party embeds run on this site.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@deeperlogiq.com and we will respond.
If you are in the United Kingdom and you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
