Our work

Systems running in production, not slides.

Selected work from more than 100 projects delivered across the UK, the UAE and India. Every project below is live. You can open each one and look at it yourself.

Why only some of our work is public

Most client agreements do not let us publish system screenshots or commercial results, which is normal in custom software work. We would rather say that than pad this page. What follows is what we can show you, including two systems we built and run ourselves, which means we can walk you through every screen and explain every decision.

The rest of it

Beyond the projects above we have delivered work across e-commerce, logistics, energy, professional services, retail and manufacturing, in the UK, the UAE and India. Typical engagements look like this.

Custom CRM and pipeline systems
Internal operations and reporting dashboards
Customer portals and self-service tools
API and system integrations
Workflow and document automation
Shopify and WooCommerce builds
Lifecycle email and SMS programmes
Paid media across Google, Meta and Pinterest
Technical SEO and content architecture
AI automation and document processing

If you would rather speak to a client directly than read a case study, ask. We can usually arrange a reference call even where we cannot publish the work.

Inside those systems

Representative views of the interfaces behind the projects above, drawn from the live systems. Each project appears once, here in detail.

The businesses above run on more than a website. Each of them was already selling well. What none of them had was a single place where an enquiry becomes a quote, a job, an invoice and a record without somebody re-typing it into the next tool.

Here is what we built for each of them, and what the people using it every day actually see.

Kruze Operations Desk

Kruze runs rubbish collections, house clearances and transport jobs across Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Harrogate and Barnsley. We built the platform it runs on and we still run it, which makes this the one system on this page we can put in front of you live.

Enquiries used to arrive in five places. The website form, Meta lead ads, WhatsApp, the phone and email. Each landed somewhere different and none of them landed in the same place twice. Quotes were built by hand, job details lived in a spreadsheet and a paper diary, and invoices were written afterwards from whatever notes survived the day.

Now every lead is written to the database before an email is attempted, so a mail failure can never lose a customer. Quotes, invoices and job notes generate as PDFs off the job record with sequential referencing. Quotes that go quiet chase themselves at 24 hours and again after a week. Jobs allocate across the fleet with route optimisation, load is tracked as fractions of a van, and a tip run is scheduled automatically when a van fills. Crews work from their phones with no login, each job secured by its own token. Job notes release on cash and card, and are held for an admin to approve on bank transfer.

Kruze Web Platform

Kruze sells across seven towns in West Yorkshire, and almost every job starts with a search. What it had was a page-builder template, so each service and each area shared the same thin page, and most of those pages were not linked to anything.

We rebuilt it as a custom platform. 170 pages, each service and each area given its own page and its own components rather than a repeated block of prose. Enquiry forms write to the database first and send the email second, so a mail failure can never lose a customer. On top of that sit 26 published guides and 18 Leeds area pages.

The part nobody could see was the link structure. 116 of 158 service pages had no internal links pointing at them at all, which left Google with no route to most of the site. Six sitewide link rows fixed it, and every arm of the site now has zero orphaned pages.

AstraCore Equipment Desk

Enquiries arrive by WhatsApp, through the website and across the trade desk, and every one of them needs the same three answers. Is the machine free, what does it cost for that duration, and when can it be on site.

Equipment Desk holds the fleet, the rate cards and the enquiry history in one record. Issuing a quote reserves the machine for 48 hours, so the same excavator cannot be promised to two sites. Quotes that go quiet chase themselves at 24 hours and again on day 7. Because a quote is built from a structured record rather than typed into a document, the same record can issue a PINT AE compliant e-invoice when UAE e-invoicing reaches the business.

Karbonik Charge Ops

Karbonik sells three different things with three different aftercare needs. Lubricants ship and that is the end of it. Batteries get fitted. Charging stations get surveyed, installed, commissioned and then monitored for years.

Charge Ops connects the storefront to the work that follows it. An order books its own site survey, reserves the parts and puts an engineer in the diary. Once a charger is commissioned it reports in every five minutes, and three missed polls opens a service ticket before the customer has noticed anything is wrong. The warranty clock starts at commissioning rather than despatch, which is the difference between honouring a claim and arguing about one.

Marvella Trade Portal

Marvella sells protective equipment to distributors, and distributor buying looks nothing like retail. An order is a size run across a range, priced against an agreed tier, in quantities that commit real stock.

Trade Portal gives every distributor a login and their own price list. A request for quotation arrives structured rather than as a paragraph in an email, prices itself against the account tier, and reserves the size run the moment the quote is issued, so two distributors cannot be sold the same stock. Unaccepted quotes lapse after 14 days and release what they were holding. Quote turnaround runs in hours rather than the two days an email chain takes.
